Hamilton (Original Broadway Cast Recording) Tracklist:
My mom was listening to it and I’m like,” huh” so I listened to it in the car for awhile, and then a year and a half later, I know every lyric, yes it Is a little inappropriate for people 10 and under, but I’m 11 and enjoying it, so if u r looking for a soundtrack to buy, GET THIS!!!!!!
Literally floored by this masterpiece. The diversity, the delivery, the pace, and the sheer vocal talent is just incredible. Download this now. You won’t regret it. I know it sounds cheesy and exaggerated but it’s a literal life changer. Lin Manuel-Miranda is nothing short of a genius, and it shows. I would recommend The Room Where It Happens, both Cabinet Wars, Dear Theodosia, and Alexander Hamilton, but honestly every single song is a musical miracle (see what I did there 🤠). I’ll geek out about this musical until the day I die.
I love Hamilton so much! I hadn’t even heard of it until about two months ago, and finished it in a day. Ever since I have listened to it nonstop (Ha) and I never get sick of it. The very last son, Who lives, Who Dies, Who Tells Your Story actually made me burst into very happy tears, and I sat in my closet rethinking my life and how I should be more like Eliza. Really, Really, Really recommend it to anyone who likes rap, Broadway, or just need some new music to listen too.
Amazing! Just amazing! Having one of the best musicals that has all kinds of music plus the fact that the facts are pure history! I just couldn’t “throw away my shot” to write a review for the musical that will “blow us all away”
I am taking a field trip to Washington, D.c. soon and this will be the perfect thing to listen to on the way there! I first found out about this by my friend about a year ago, and I can’t stop listening to it ever since! Lin Manuel Miranda is truly a music-making genius. I definitely recommend this musical! It will get you exited, make you cry, and cheer you back up again in two hours. But it it’s the best music ever!
It’s nice to not have to worry about bad words, but I kind of wish they cut part of say no to this out because it’s kind of PG-13. Otherwise, I think it’s awesome that you did this for your younger viewers.
This was a truly amazing album. I understand the swears were part of the song, but either way its amazing! To people who hate it not cussing: get real here, most of this fandom is children, including me. Some of us love the album, but can't listen to all of the cussing on the album.
It’s doesn’t block out all the cuss words but whatever. It’s frickin amazing. It’s consumed my life. I was already interested in history but now I show up to school like: I AM NOT THROWING AWAY MY SHOT!! It’s well written pretty historically accurate. Don’t listen until your 6th grade though. Other wise Lots of things won’t make sense. But I highly recommend it. Buy it. Why are you still reading??! Buy it
My friend happened to be watching a Hamilton animatic during seminar. I was curious of course, and I was sucked into the fandom. This masterpiece is great, although a few facts were altered to make the musical more interesting, it’s a great way to remember those dates. 😁You can’t remember what year the Battle of Yorktown happened without Lin-Manuel reminding you with his gifts. This is great if you want to listen to Hamilton without your mom Saying No To it because it has profanity, although, good luck listening to Aaron Burr, Sir with Hercules’ horses without your mom pulling the plug.😂
At first when I listened to it, I didn’t really like it and that might be the same case for other people too. What really got me into it was the animatics and the joke songs like ‘Helpless but Eliza are you ok’. My best friend started listening to it a lot and dropped references all over the place that I didn’t understand at all. I finally got really into it and now my New Years resolution is to listen to at least one Hamilham song a day. I also recommend ‘Dear Evan Hanson’ and ‘Be More Chill’. They are a bit harder to follow than Hamilton if you haven’t seen the Musical because they have quite a bit of speaking parts but they are amazing too. Sincerely, Me! (Dear Evan Hanson reference)
